Treatments:

After reviewing the condition of your oral health, we will always provide you with a range of the best treatment options available. The goal is to make sure you are completely happy with the expected outcome, the costs and procedures involved. We understand that sometimes financial constraints may prevent you from having the best treatment immediately, so please feel free to discuss a long term treatment plan with us.

Appointment Times:

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We will endeavour to be on-time, and would appreciate your punctuality. For new patients, we would appreciate if you would arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so that we may introduce you to our practice and obtain appropriate medical histories and contact information.

If for some unforeseen reason we run late, we will endeavour to contact you and keep you informed.

Cancellation:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask as a courtesy that you let us know two business days in advance (where possible). If you are unable to keep an appointment, it is quite likely that you will have to wait for some time before another suitable appointment time is available. We believe this is fair for other patients waiting to be taken care of.

Health insurance rebates:

Health insurers vary on what they pay and your level of cover helps determine this. We will always endeavour to get you the best possible refund.

Payments:

All patient information is handled with the strictest of confidence. No records will be forwarded to anyone else without your specific written consent, in person, at our surgeries. We believe this is the best way to protect you and your privacy.
